Serialyvam: Game of Thrones S8E5 review

The Plot

The Performances
The cast of Game of Thrones once again delivered some amazing performances in this episode, particularly Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen. She perfectly captured the character's descent into madness and the conflict between her desire for power and her conscience.
Peter Dinklage's portrayal of Tyrion Lannister, who is torn between his loyalty to his queen and his belief in doing what is right for the people, was also noteworthy. Lena Headey brought her usual flair to the role of Cersei Lannister, who finally met her end in this episode.
